The management at NERO Canada is broken down into two parts: the corporate level and a volunteer base.
At the corporate level, individuals have dedicated themselves on a full time basis to the running of the company and drive its goals forward according to the mission and vision statements.

The volunteer base is the backbone of the organization, with individuals who step up year after year to help with different committees. The game would cease to exist in it’s current fashion without the heroic efforts of this team of dedicated people.
